Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and strive for sales targets; track personal sales performance.
• Follow all company policies and standards in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to drive sales and follow product knowledge guidance.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets by following internal controls and reporting fraud risks.
