Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as per the manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and standards in manuals and memos.
• Asist in daily store operations, including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge manual.
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
