Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and track selling goals to improve performance.
• Follow company policies and standards across manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including tasks and shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote sales following product knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and communicate needs to management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics, notify on potential issues.
