Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead.

The role requires building rapport, educating customers on brands, executing projects and displays with accuracy, and maintaining client confidentiality. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected; HS diploma and valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute displays, tasks, and resets with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate sales opportunities and update leadership daily.
• Know company policies and use handheld device effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality for company, client, and retailers.
