Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the Fair Oaks, VA store running smoothly.

This part-time leadership role brings sneaker culture to life with energy, ownership, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll be on the floor, engage customers, develop staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure safety and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership.
• Coach teammates to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support store goals and close the loop with customers.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
