Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills required to verbally communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Sales, retail and/or referral experience is preferable, particularly in cross-marketing products and services.
• Ability to count cash accurately and handle basic math with business machines.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, services and supports all accounts, products and services.
• Cross-sells bank products and services to new and existing clients.
• Responds to client questions quickly and courteously.
• Educates clients about ID fraud and phishing scams.
• Enters data and maintains client information in Synapsis.
• Balances cash drawer daily and maintains cash security.
