Job summary

SERVPRO of New Hanover in Hampstead, NC is hiring Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Technicians. You will respond to service calls, follow SERVPRO production guidelines, and support the crew with equipment setup and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with customers
• Experience in cleaning/restoration or related field preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check
• Local travel ability required

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed and follow SERVPRO guidelines
• Load vehicles with equipment and supplies for each project
• Maintain vehicle and equipment appearance and cleanliness
• Prepare rooms for tear-out and start the drying process
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and customers
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown
• Follow safety and risk guidelines on site and in the field
