Qualifications

• Experience in tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction services including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Provide project updates to the Construction Coordinator.
• Train and develop junior technicians as needed.
