Denny's in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume store. You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and service execution.

You will manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to hit targets, ensure food quality and safety, and deliver strong results across sales, profit, and team performance. Prior leadership experience is required.

Formación

• 2+ years restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor, and cost control.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (24/7 operation).
