Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or multifamily experience preferred.
• Ability to walk communities, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes.
• Complete lease agreements and collect deposits accurately.
• Maintain resident files and leasing documentation.
• Build relationships with local businesses to support marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
