Sam Quisenberry - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic receptionist to greet customers in person and over the phone, schedule appointments, and keep office communications flowing at our Michigan Southgate location.

This role offers a competitive $40,000 per year, with a Simple IRA, license paid by the agency, paid time off, training and development, and opportunities for advancement. You will engage with customers to identify insurance options and support the team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
