• Experience drafting real estate documents and performing due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support Buchalter's Real Estate Practice Group in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, closing documents and related instruments.
• Review title, surveys, zoning reports and other due diligence materials.
