Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience supporting real estate transactions.
• Experience drafting purchase and sale agreements and leases.
• Strong ability to review title commitments and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate transactions from LOI to close.
• Draft PSAs, leases, and closing documents.
• Oversee paralegal title and survey review.
