Brea Modern Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Downtown Brea, CA. The role supports dentists in delivering high-quality care, maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic, and educating patients on treatment and oral health.

You will perform radiographs, intra-oral photography, and assist with chair-side procedures, ensuring OSHA-compliant standards. Ideal candidates hold a GED or higher, with an accredited certificate or associate degree preferred; state licensure or

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and state-mandated training prerequisites.
State licensure/certification as required by the state.
Associate degree or a 1-year certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist to gain the patient’s commitment for the best treatment with urgency.
Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs and concerns.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment; prepare patients and assist doctors.
Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
