You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. This role offers predictable daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented with flexible coverage.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
