Hampton Roads Transit is seeking a Content Creator to develop engaging digital content across social media and goCommute campaigns. This role captures stories, people, services, and community impact to strengthen the agency's brands and drive audience engagement.

Working with the Marketing and Strategic Communications team, you will plan, produce, and edit photo, video, and graphic content that supports campaigns and outreach while adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience creating digital and social media content for an organization, agency, brand, or business.

Responsabilidades

• Create original content for social media, including photography, short-form video, graphics, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
• Capture engaging visual content featuring HRT transit services, facilities, employees, customers, community partners, and agency initiatives.
• Film, edit, and optimize content using mobile devices and digital editing software for publication across multiple social media platforms.
• Develop scripts, shot lists, storyboards, captions, and creative concepts that support marketing and communications objectives.
• Produce content for Hampton Roads Transit and goCommute campaigns, programs, and special initiatives.
• Organize, submit, and maintain completed content for publication and future use.
