Job summary

Hampton Roads Transit is seeking a talented designer to join the Marketing & Communications team. You will manage multiple design projects from concept through final production, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

A portfolio showing live and personal projects plus an Associate's Degree in design are required, with at least two years professional experience preferred. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential; motion graphics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited college in design.
• Two years professional design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and supply artwork for print, digital, to the highest standards, liaise with external suppliers or printers.
• Ensure successful delivery of allocated design projects, handling multiple jobs concurrently.
• Able to take ideas from concept to print.
• Proactive with a good attention to detail.
• Experience on print, exhibition, and digital projects.
• Excellent working knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
