Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed PT in Maryland. You will help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve treatment goals in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities include delivering interventions per the PT plan of care, documenting progress, educating patients, and communicating status to the supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
