Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed Physical Therapists in patient care and rehabilitation within our facility in Los Angeles, California.

You will record daily treatment notes, participate in case conferences, and help train Restorative Aides. Strong computer skills with Casamba and Point Click Care are preferred. This is a full-time role requiring physical stamina and good communication with patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Must maintain license in good standing at all times.
• CE requirements must be met per state practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist with patient care and rehabilitation sessions.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in maintenance programs for discharge.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team regarding patient progress and plans.
• Participate in in-services and conferences for staff development.
