Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Experience with income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments, drive occupancy targets.
