Job summary

Voda is seeking a Project Manager to ensure timely, profitable delivery of construction/restoration projects. You will oversee crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage contracts, and maintain documentation to exceed client expectations.

The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, and effective communication with customers and third parties. A related degree and several years of experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) plus 3–5 years of experience managing construction/restoration projects and supervising crews.
• Associate (2 years) or Bachelor’s (4 years) in business or construction management preferred; advanced knowledge of construction/restoration.
• Understanding of financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting; ability to review job costing and identify improvement areas.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Xactimate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses.
• Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects.
• Plan and execute projects to completion.
• Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects.
• Maintain production paperwork flow from job site to administration.
• Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with scheduler.
• Track equipment used on company jobs.
• Coordinate estimates from subcontractors and write job estimates.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery to job site.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and involved parties.
