You will collaborate with PMs, PMAs, field crews, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure information and resources are available for success. Requirements include a engineering degree and 2+ years of commercial construction experience, along with strong communication, multitasking, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in commercial construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Proven capability to manage project documentation and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking reports to monitor productivity.
• Create and maintain internal project schedules.
• Prepare submittals based on drawings, specifications, and vendor information.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely execution.
• Assist Project Manager and other engineers with change requests and close-out documents.
• Attend project meetings and ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence.
