Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer - MEP to support two or more commercial construction projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, PMA's, field crews, vendors and clients to ensure information and resources are aligned for success.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in commercial construction, strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. Competitive benefits and an inclusive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field and 2+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to apply effective management techniques to maximize team performance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision and show attention to detail.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures and availability to work assigned schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking reports to monitor productivity and labor utilization.
• Create and maintain internal project schedules.
• Prepare submittals based on drawings, specs, and vendor information.
• Coordinate with architect/engineer and project team on submittals.
• Assist with change requests and project close-out documents.
• Distribute contract documents to subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule meetings with the ACI team, subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Attend pre-bid, project and closeout meetings.
• Solicit subcontractors and suppliers for proposals.
• Prepare client/architect/engineer correspondence.
• Submit permit applications and track review progress.
