Summit 7 Systems, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to manage key administrative tasks and client projects. Responsibilities include client communications, pre-execution documentation, and milestone tracking within budget and scope.

You'll coordinate schedules, prepare reports, attend meetings, and report to the Director of Program Management and VP of Professional Services. Potential for promotion to Project Manager after PMP designation and strong performance.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to pass an extensive background check.
• Experience coordinating projects and communicating with clients.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates project schedules and tracks progress against scope and budget.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and document meeting minutes.
• Prepare presentation-ready project reports using graphics and desktop publishing software.
• Coordinate conference calls and meetings and record minutes as needed.
• Perform duties under minimal supervision and complete tasks on time.
