Job summary

SummitHR seeks a qualified professional to lead project management activities across design development through construction, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and effective coordination with multiple agencies.

The role involves developing work packages and task orders, providing project direction, and acting as a primary representative on projects. Applicants should have a technical degree and relevant certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field such as Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or related field.
• Optional certifications may include LEED, Envision, PMP, PE, AICP or other relevant licensure/certifications.
• May require knowledge of CEQA/NEPA and entitlement requirements and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders.
• Provides direction and input on projects from design development through construction.
• Acts as primary project representative, setting meeting minutes standards and ensuring compliance with CEQA/NEPA and entitlement requirements.
• Facilitates coordination with other divisions and regulatory agencies (Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, etc.).
• Coordinates messaging plans, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field
