Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in project coordination or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up calls with clients, vendors and regulators to obtain status.
• Assist with project-related regulatory permitting.
• Create purchase orders and subcontractor work orders.
• Audit sales orders and modify costs as needed.
• Maintain budget tracking and report accuracy.
• Schedule and document project meetings and action items.
• Track execution of work plans and deliverables with managers.
