Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Sage 300.
• Ability to learn Procore.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor invoices and compile billing to clients.
• Set up job binders, site contacts, and contract information for new projects.
• Process accounts payable and issue monthly checks to subcontractors.
• Verify contracts, insurance, licenses, and supplier releases before payments.
• Manage change orders in the accounting system.
• Track preliminary notices and releases.
