Job summary

Project SHARE of Carlisle is seeking a Programs & Operations Associate to support day-to-day program delivery across warehouse, Your Choice Pantry, Farmstand, nutrition programs, and seasonal initiatives. This hands-on role requires adaptability and collaboration to keep operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be active, enjoy variety, work well with others, and move between responsibilities and environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record; must be able to safely operate Project SHARE vehicles.
• Forklift certification is desirable; training provided.
• Ability to successfully complete Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting food and other products.
• Support Home Delivery through packing and designated distribution and delivery responsibilities.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Provide cross-functional support across Project SHARE programs.
