Job summary

Westmoreland Food Bank is seeking a Programs Coordinator (NON-EXEMPT) to support the distribution of Food Bank product through Mobile Market, Backpack, Military Share, Summer Food, and Pop-Up distributions. Under the Director of Programs, you will help manage program operations and provide frontline support at community sites throughout Westmoreland County.

This on-site role requires strong administrative and interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and occasional operation of a box

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and operate a small box truck or delivery van.
• Office and community-based work environments; ability to adjust to varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and operational support for programs and distributions.
• Assist with program operations and serve as lead backup when volunteers are unavailable.
• Support setup and breakdown of equipment at distribution sites and drive as needed.
• Work across Mobile Market, Backpack, Military Share, Summer Food, and Pop-Up distributions.
