The role demands multitasking, deadline orientation, and clear communication. Your day includes checking overnight changes, updating schedules, and generating documents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in manufacturing or equivalent
• Ability to communicate with employees from production to President
• Excellent customer service and teamwork
• Ability to communicate technical data clearly in writing and verbally
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain the production status of customer orders and materials for those orders
• Collaborate with production team leaders, materials group, and purchasing to determine progress of work and completion dates then providing sales with dates of completion
• Expedite customer orders and materials for those orders
• Maintain customer shipping schedules for production, inspection and shipping
• Maintain web-based status of customer orders
• Maintain records of order re-schedules from customers
• Creating spreadsheets, letters, forms and other documents
• Completing special assignments and projects
