HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, Texas, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document outcomes. You will work with physicians and the care team to promote recovery and independence.

The role requires a Licensed Physical Therapist, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and BLS within 30 days. You may mentor students and collaborate across disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) is required.
• One year of related experience and/or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitoring progress and documenting outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educating patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborating across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentoring therapy assistants or students while upholding values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
