Responsibilities

  • PT evaluation and treatment as ordered by physician.
  • Participate in treatment reviews, progress notes, and care reassessments.
  • Educate patients and caregivers.
  • Document accurately for billing purposes.
  • Direct and assist OT staff as needed.
  • Provide exceptional patient, physician, and staff service.
  • Contribute to education and in-service activities.
  • Collaborate to maintain safe, clean work environment and inventory.
  • Handle additional department tasks as assigned.
