Qualifications

• Requires current Texas licensure and BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• One to two years related OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families to aid understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe transitions and quality experiences.
• Mentor therapy assistants and students while upholding HCA values.
