Capital Health is seeking a dedicated Med Assistant II for our Primary Care practice in Nottingham, NJ. This full-time day position supports exam rooms, patient flow, vital signs, documentation and routine clerical tasks in a fast-paced primary care setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of related experience, and AHA BLS certification. Expect a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Two years of work experience as a medical assistant, EMT or related role.
• AHA BLS certification or ability to obtain before end of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares exam rooms and assists the LIP with patient encounters.
• Reviews charts prior to appointments and ensures required tests are complete.
• Records patient history, vitals, medications and problem list accurately.
• Performs clerical duties including registration, scheduling and filing records.
• Maintains infection control and assists with equipment cleaning and disinfection.
