Responsibilities

• Prep all recipes according to gusto! standards and specifications.
• Wash designated food products per safety treatment.
• Chop and slice vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Store, label, and rotate all food items.
• Ensure kitchen and storage areas are organized, cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to standards.
• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate perishable and non-perishable items.
• Operate large-volume kitchen equipment.
• Be comfortable standing for a full shift and lift up to 53 lbs.
• Handle other assigned duties.
