Job summary

Hawksmoor Restaurants in Boston is seeking experienced Kitchen Porters to join our opening team. You will help maintain high food quality, support the culinary crew, and ensure efficient prep and service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen prep and line support.
• Demonstrated ability to follow Hawksmoor recipes and standards.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in preps to Hawksmoor standards daily.
• Assist line cooks and porters to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe prep area and proper storage of ingredients.
• Support inventory deliveries and stock rotation.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and guest experience.
