• Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, glassware, and smallwares, pots, and pans for service and prep.
• Set up, operate, and maintain dishwashing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized dish, kitchen, and back of house areas at all times.
• Support Line Cooks or Production when required to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Complete all required training and consistently uphold hygiene standards.
