Job summary

Esquire Law in Phoenix seeks a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to manage a moderate to high-volume caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, medical providers, liens, and insurers; gather records, review files, and support the personal injury practice from intake through early litigation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
• Gather records, police reports, etc.
• Communicate with clients, lien holders, providers and others in the legal community.
• Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality.
• Review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records.
• Other duties as assigned.
