Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2–7 years of attorney experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law including FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement.
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and settlements.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
