BCG Attorney Search in West Hollywood, CA seeks a passionate Employment Attorney to join its Pre-Litigation team. You will advocate for workers whose rights were violated, handling wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters.

The ideal candidate has a California bar in good standing and 2–7 years of employment-law experience, with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a robust caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2–7 years of employment law experience.
• Strong knowledge of FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a robust caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement.
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and settlement offers.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes and case law.
• Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement quality assurance measures for pre-litigation processes.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to legal staff as needed.
