Omega Law Group in West Hollywood, CA seeks an experienced Employment Attorney for the Pre-Litigation team to advocate for workers whose rights were violated. You will handle cases from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement.

CA Bar admission with 2–7 years in employment law is required; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2–7 years of attorney experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law (FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, wage/hour).
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement.
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Review work product to ensure accuracy and compliance; support quality assurance in pre-litigation processes.
• May provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Attorney to join our Pre-Litigation team and advocate for workers whose rights have been violated. This attorney will represent clients in cases including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and dedicated advocate who thrives in a collaborative and goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
• Review work product, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processes
• May provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Compensation:

Salary Ranger: $125,000-$200,000 including commission (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
