Job summary

Life Time Overland Park is seeking an energetic pickleball coach to teach private lessons, run group programs, and coordinate leagues. You will deliver high-quality instruction on court, promote safe play, and help members grow their skills while building a strong personal book.

This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to engage a wide range of ages. Expect about 30+ hours of on-court coaching per week and collaboration with Membership Advisors to

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong communication, time management and organization abilities.
• Ability to work with all age groups and build positive member/team relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students during pickleball lessons on techniques, tactics, and strategies.
• Teaches on court on average 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to guide student progress.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments and events, utilizing marketing support and tools.
• Collaborates with Membership Advisors and Member Activities to promote pickleball as part of Life Time brand.
• Attends meetings related to pickleball.
