Job summary

Life Time Overland Park is seeking an on-court pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, and grow a personal book to exceed department goals. You will deliver member-centric service, drive referrals, and support the Life Time brand with engaging programs and events.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience, strong pickleball knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization.
• Comfortable with all ages and building member relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students; teaches 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional pickleball lessons and programs.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events.
• Participates in system wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and events.
