Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team in Illinois. Under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and helping patients achieve functional goals.

As part of the rehab team, you will document patient progress, communicate with the PT and staff, and apply standard PT equipment and techniques to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Assists patients under the guidance of a PT in plan-of-care implementations.
• Maintains accurate patient charts and documents responses to treatment.
• Works with rehabilitation team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with physical therapy treatments as prescribed by the PT.
• Follow individualized plans of care and adjust activities with supervision.
• Record patient responses and progress in charts after each visit.
• Communicate with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff about patient status.
