Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Naperville, IL seeks a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and help patients achieve functional outcomes.

You will document patient responses after each visit, communicate with the therapist, director and staff, and operate standard PT equipment to support treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
