Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Illinois. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patient progress toward functional goals.

You will assist in all phases of PT treatment, document patient responses, and communicate effectively with therapists, rehab directors, and facility staff.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With supervision of Physical Therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
