Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapist Assistant candidates to join a growing team in Naperville, IL. Under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will support patient care by implementing individualized treatment plans and assisting with all phases of therapy.

You will document patient responses, discuss progress with the PT and Rehab leadership, and operate standard PT equipment to help achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist patients by following a plan of care created by Physical Therapists.
• Provide quality treatment to achieve functional outcomes.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document responses after visits.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized plans of care under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist with all phases of PT treatment and techniques.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments.
• Communicate patient progress with the PT and facility team.
• Utilize equipment safely according to guidelines.
