Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will help treat patients and implement individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will document patient responses, communicate with therapists and staff, and operate standard PT equipment to support patient outcomes and functional improvement.

Formación

• PTA credential and eligibility to work as PTA in the United States.
• Ability to follow an individualized plan of care under supervision.
• Strong documentation and communication with therapists and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with physical therapy treatments and techniques.
• Follow and implement care plans created by Physical Therapists.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record their progress after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment as required.
• Contribute to quality treatment and functional outcomes for patients.
