Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team.

You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve functional outcomes. You will document patient responses, communicate with the rehab team, and help operate standard PT equipment across care sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
