Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapy Assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the supervision of a physical therapist, you will be part of a growing team and help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will assist in developing and implementing treatment programs based on each patient's needs, support all phases of therapy, and maintain thorough documentation of patient conditions and responses

Qualifications

• Assist patients under supervision of a physical therapist.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist with all phases of physical therapy and techniques.
• Record patient conditions and responses after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality treatment to achieve functional outcomes.
• Communicate with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and progress notes.
